I have this CD device. Their website says:
DC-101 and DC-300 are standard USB devices,
You do NOT need to install any drivers.
It was working fine for months. Now it gets the "USB Device not recognized" error in Windows XP. Tried restarting, power on/off it, different USB slots. No go.

Thoughts?

There are other reasons this could happen, including a change to the registry caused by a software installation and such, but first thing to check is plug the CD Device (?is this an external CD Drive?) into another computer and see if it works there.
