Stand-alone monitors displaying a spreadsheet

Hello all-

I'm trying to display a google sheets spreadsheet on stand-alone monitors in different locations. The idea is that you can update the spreadsheet on an android tablet at different workstations, and the monitors would constantly display the up-to-date spreadsheet.

My idea is to install a Chromecast on each of the monitors and just mirror one of the tablets. But I suspect when that tablet screen is off, the monitors will be blank. I could just keep the tablet screen on, but I'm hoping for a more elegant solution.

Or, if there is another way of doing this without Chromecasts, I'd be interested in hearing about it.

Any thoughts?
