Hi,

I've run all the usual programmes, spybot, adaware, CWShredder and performed the other web-based scans but my computer is still not behaving itself. I have plenty of memory and have defragmented the hard drive recently. Would you mind taking a look at my Hijack This Log please?

what actually is it doing, when you say not behaving itself

do yopu have pop ups, redirections, slow browsing or what

if redirects tell us who to

if pop ups then try and tell us which adverts

first thing to do is go to windows update and install ALL critical updates & service packs

there are several security problems that you are exposed to that can cause these symptoms and if you haven't gort XP SP1 and all subsequent updates youa re very vulnerable

after doing that post a new HJt log and a start up list
