I'm starting to get a headache trying to remove some spyware infecting my system. I've removed it numerous time but like all pesky spyware it keeps replicating itself and I can't seem to rid my system of it. The log from HijackThis is below. Any helpful advice would be appreciated as I can't figure out how to get rid of it permanently.

I've run Spybot numerous times. The one DLL that keeps coming back is c:\windows\zserv.dll. I think that's at the root of the problem. In safe mode, I unregistered the dll and deleted it but it came back despite having the system restore service disabled. I might need something more poweful than Spybot because it clears the problem temporarily but does not resolve the infestation.
