Spyware/About Blank Attack, Any help is appreciated

Can someone point me in the right direction. I have no clue as to what's going on with my PC. Everytime I go to what was my homepage I now get about:blank and everytime I go to Ebay or Microsoft.com I get redirected back to about:blank. I also keep getting these annoying "your PC is infected" pop ups.

What can I do???

SpywareBlaster http://www.javacoolsoftware.com/spywareblaster.html
AdAware SE http://www.majorgeeks.com/download506.html
SpyBot S&D http://www.safer-networking.org/en/download/

DL them (they are free), install them, check each for their
definition updates and then run AdAware and Spybot, fixing anything
they say.

In SpywareBlaster - Always enable all protection after updates
SpyBot - After an update run immunize and make sure teatimer is enabled

Do these before the next step.

Then get HiJack This http://www.majorgeeks.com/download3155.html, put
it in a permanent folder, run it , DO NOT fix anything, post the
log here.

I just DL the new microsoft spyware and fire fow so I should stay clean. Thanks again all the help is appreciated and a donation is on the way!

I don't think it is clean

http://www.liutilities.com/products/wintaskspro/processlibrary/bearshare/

and there are no hits on C:\WINDOWS\system32\msn.com

It makes no sense to have msn.com in :\WINDOWS\system32

I would do the following in safe mode

Remove BearShare in add remove

and fix

R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Local Page = C:\WINDOWS\system32\msn.com
R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Local Page = c:\windows\system32\msn.com

and delete this folder C:\Program Files\BearShare

And this file c:\windows\system32\msn.com

BearShare is a free file sharing Gnutella client. If Mike chooses to use BearShare then let him. It is suggested not to use the program because of security issues.

You may fix these entries in HijackThis as MFDnSC instructed:

R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Local Page = C:\WINDOWS\system32\msn.com
R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Local Page = c:\windows\system32\msn.com
