The problem I've run into is I have Japanese set as my non-unicode language because I use countless Japanese programs, but recently I've been turned to one Korean program to use. Problem of course being I can't load up the program when JP is set as the non-unicode default.

Is there any way I can specify, in the shortcut command line or otherwise, for just that one program to launch in Korean, and leave the default alone. Currently I'm having to swap between defaults with a reboot each to use the Korean program, and it's getting real old real fast. And yes, I have the entire Eastern Language set installed, so I can theoritically run a Korean program at the same time as a Japanese one if WinXP will let me launch them in the proper languages.
