Soundcard Issue
When I try to run winamp it says that another program is currently using my soundcard. I tried closing all programs with control alt delete and it did not affect it. I also tried reinstalling the drivers to no resolution. My soundcard is capable of mulitple streams because it has worked fine in the past.
