There are two ways that I know of but there may be more.
The first thing I would try is moving the audio card to another open slot on the motherboard. This should assign another IRQ
which may not be in conflict.
Another way is to disable unused IRQs:
Disable any unused ports.
Turn off any unused ports that are using up these precious IRQs . The most commonly unused ports in a system are COM Ports (COM 1, COM 2, etc.), and the Printer Port (LPT).
When you disable a device in Windows, you are not uninstalling the drivers but instead preventing Windows from loading it.
Here is an example of how to disable the printer port Windows. The procedure is the same for turning off other devices.

Go to: the Windows Start, Settings,Control Panel.
Double-click on the System icon click on the tab labeled, Device Manager. Open the device listing Ports by clicking on the + icon.
Click on the device Printer Port (LPT 1) and hit the Properties tab.
check the box Disable in this hardware profile.
Restart system.

Let us know if that works for you.
