Hi! My pc sound card is getting on my nerves. I can't hear any sound unless I restart my computer. Well, this problem started days ago. Everytime, I turn on my computer for the first time in a day, I'll have to restart it so I could hear a sound from it. Is this a software or hardware related issue? Thanks!

Hmmm... that is definitely a software issue in my case. Well, if it is a hardware, then it shouldn't work by just a simple restore. Try doing a system restore to the nearest safest point in order for you to assess if it is a software issue. Here is a more informative material for you as well:

i am having sound issues also. sometimes there is none but in the mixer u can see the levels jumping? when i st ream in live music it goes for just a little bit then just turns off? can anyone help?
