I just recently installed a cd writer.
My Cd player was connected as the slave after the hd. And my floppy was the slave.
Now the cd writer is the primary slave(not the floppy), and the cd player is the secondary master.
What the problem is that the bios recognizes the floppy drive, but when it comes to windows (98SE) it recognizes A:. and B:
A: drive being 31/2" and a second 31/2"floppy as B:
Heres the twist, the only drive that will read a floppy disc is B:
Any suggestions??
Should I set my cd player as a slave, not master??? Would this help the situation??
Any help greatly appreciated.
