Yes. Open Sound recorder and record silence. In other words, let it run with no noise in the background.
Save as Silent.wav
Open another instance of Sound Recorder and go to Edit>Insert File Keep doing this. Each time youinsert you will be increasing the length by one minute. You'll end up with several munutes of recording time.
Sound Recorder has its limitations. You can only really record three or four minutes and then it will run out of memory.
