Not sure why if the virus is gone , also my computer has become very slow when on the net.
My husband just formatted the computer 2 days ago and we already have a feakin virus.

There were 2 links in the above list that I have already deleted and they were the search pages that kept replacing my homepage. If by deleting those that has made it go away then please let me know.

Thanks

So I guess whatever is causeing the problem is still here. Anyone know how to really get rid of it. I have done the removal according to Symantec but I still have issues.

Click here to download CWShredder. Close all browser windows,UnZip the file, click on the cwshredder.exe then click "Fix" (Not "Scan only") and let it do it's thing.

When it is finished restart your computer.

IMPORTANT!: To help prevent this from happening again, I strongly recommend you install the patches for the vulnerabilities that this hijacker exploits.

The simplest way to make sure you have all the security patches is to go to Windows update and install all "Critical Updates and Service Packs"

Come back here and post another log please.
