Hey. I'm Canadian so I'm running on an internet service provider called Bell Sympatico. I think its basically the same as any US service. (They give you modem, etc) Anyways. Most of the time my DSL light stays solid but sometimes it starts blinking especially when im trying to use Internet Explorer. If its solid and I have internet explorer open, I get such slow speeds you'd think it we're even loading the page. Seriously, it took 10 minutes for the home page to load up. Anyways, can you help me solve this dilema. Thanks. I'm using my labtop right now.

first check for bugs with your spyware,check cables to and from modem not to long or twisted for example,go to the modem manufacturer site and check for updated drivers as there are frequent updates for these,check your speed over a few hours with
