OS: Windows 98 SE

I have no clue what is making this appear. When I turn on my PC, a couple seconds in I get this:

"EMM386 not installed - unable to set page frame base address.
Press any key to continue..."

I can't find the any key! (just kidding, just kidding) I just press a key and everything works like it should. It's been doing this for a couple months but I can't see any visible problems other than that so I just ignored it. Just today, I stumbled upon this beautiful site and I am wondering if someone can help me in this situation.

Run Msconfig. Select the General tab and click on selective Startup. Clear the boxes for Load Config.sys and Load Autoexec.bat. Click Apply, then Ok, restart the computer when prompted.

Both the Config.sys and the Autoexec.bat are legacy files and are not needed to run Windows.
