Try emptying your temporary internet files...If you haven't done it for awhile (or never) it may take quite awhile.

Try using this link- http://www.virginholidays.co.uk/default.aspx
If still a no go, what web browser are you using? If you are using Internet Explorer have you tried FireFox?
Also, have you scanned for malware/spyware? Have you tried putting it in your trusted sites list?

Please click here to download and install the HijackThis installer.

Run it and select Do a system scan and save a logfile.

The log will be saved in Notepad. Copy and paste the log in your next post.

Do not fix anything

Try refreshing your DNS (Sometimes negative DNS may give errors on specific sites)
By following these steps:

Click on Start > Run > type CMD

ipconfig /flushdns

ipconfig /renew

(one at the time)

Reboot

Empty you temporary Internet files, cookies, browsing history...

Open IE without the add-ons.

Try the website again.

If no luck, open your Options, select the Advanced tab and Reset IE.

Hi Guys

Thanks for your help. I have somehow sorted the problem. I disconnected the ethernet cable from my modem and replaced it wit a USB cable, my system then registered a new ISP address and bingo:up:

Hi
Thanks for the info. I have fixed the problem. I unpluged my ethernet connection and used a USB connection instead. This gave me a new ISP address etc, and guess what it worked no problems
