I used to use this program for music and music downloads (got free download codes from the grocery store) and want to start using it again, but when I attempt to go to the store I get an error message that I am not connected to the internet. I verified my connection, and checked their help questions about the problem. They refer me to do the following three things: 1) check that my firewall is not blocking the site - it's not (I see the rule for it in my Norton Personal Firewall); 2) Browser security settings - I've checked and added the site to the trusted sites section; 3) clear cache - done. However, the error still comes up. I've emailed their customer service, but that is slow -- their first reply was to ask me for info I had already supplied about my software versions, so I figured I'd check here. Any suggestions on what else to try?
Oh, and in the meantime, I downloaded and installed the newest version of the software as well, but it was no help either.

I abandoned this issue for awhile, but after upgrading my computers I wanted to try and use this again. However, the issue is still there. Only now it does not tell me I am not connected to the internet, but it still does not allow me to login, listen to song previews or navigate the store in general. I can access my library of music previously purchased.
The error message mentions javascript not being enabled, though when I click the link provided for more information it takes me to instructions about clearing cookies, and setting the site up in the allowed sites for IE. It also has me disable my firewall. None of these steps accomplish anything.

I never did get this resolved, but since I reformatted my system and upgraded to XP it is working again. What I haven't done yet, though, is install my Norton Personal Firewall -- been just using the XP firewall -- and some of the help items seemed to point to firewall issues. But, I'm pretty sure I had used them together before. So, I guess we'll know if it stops working again what the culprit is when I install NPF.
