I was using the online backup for my Quicken data when it stopped and gave me Error LW112, which instructs me to contact customer support. I did. No help there, other than to suggest that the hard drive in my computer wasn't large enough to work with the online backup. Since I have a huge hard drive with a ton of free space, that doesn't make sense. Any suggestions on how to work around this problem? I love the online backup, since I had a bad experience with 2 sets of CDs that had failed.:(

I just received a notice from the Quicken Online Backup team that they have fixed the problem. I have no idea what they did, but it's working again! Hooray! :)
