pic explains most of it.
Anyways i have in back panel plugged in speakers. And in front panel i have plugged mic and headphones.
When i plug headphones only headphones work and cant switch to back panel plugged in speakers. so i have to plug out from front panel headphones to let speakers work. Well this i dont mind. But When i plug in headphones it shows "Headphones (Speakers)" .. But Headphones should work as headphones right? i mean... how to say.. It wont have speakers effect kinda thats plugged in back panel xD? Its kinda confusing but i dont know how explain beter..

It is showing headphones(speakers) because it is outputing
directly to the speakers in the headphones.
They just use that to indicate the differences in audio devices,
because there are different types of devices on the market.
The headphones are analog so they use speakers for the label.
Some devices are digital and would be labeled accordingly.

No.
The only thing that should happen is when the headphones
are pluuged in the front panel, the speakers should shut off.
Most front audio is wired that way.
