I have had a broadband connection with V21 for 2 years but recently when they had their well documented problems, I had to go back to dial up. Then they said that broadband should be ok again but I haven't been able to get it to work I have left about 10 messages on their members site but they haven't answered! I managed to speak to there technical help (once) who gave me a new username I put this in but I still can't get connected the login status says ppp not connected (?) is there anything I can do about this? I have checked modem connections and they are all ok
