Solved: Outlook is starting in Safe Mode, I need it to start regular

Hi,
My CIO's Outlook is starting in "safe Mode" and have ran detect and repair and it did not fix it.

Any suggestions on how to get it to come up in regular mode??

OK I figured it out, checked under the "Task Manager" and Outlook.exe was still running after it closed.

I killed Outlook.exe and it started up just fine.
