When sharing your Outlook Email, is there a way to share only the Inbox, not the sent or deleted items? One of our admin assistant's email box is always full as she supports 4 different people.... Getting only inbox items would cure this.
The sent items and deleted items folder are not shared. When the admin asst deletes items from another user's mailbox, they go to HER deleted items folder, and when she sends mail "on behalf of" another user, the sent mail goes to HER sent mail folder.
No way around this other than cleaning her deleted items folder or archiving the messages.
