Click on Start - and in the search window type in
outlook.exe /resetnavpane
and press enter
should start outlook right up for you

Solved: Outlook 2013
I have set up outlook on a new laptop. Have set up 3 accounts that were running on the old laptop. Although working fine yesterday, today I cannot start outlook.
I am getting the message "Cannot start Microsoft Outlook. Cannot open the outlook window. The set of folders cannot be opened".
Can anyone suggest how I can open outlook to fix the problem?
