Restart the PC and when it starts .....start tapping either DEL or F1 or F2 key or if you know which one is for your Bios...

When in Bios look for boot options and see if the Hard drive is in the list and is the first in the list

Thanks for the replies, I have contacted the support section of the manufacturer and after going through a load of processes it has been confirmed that the HD has failed. I will be taking it back tomorrow for a replacement or a refund as I have only had it since Dec the
5th.
