OS: Windows XP (Service Pack 3)
Network Adapters: Airlink101 SuperG Wireless adpt, NVIDIA nForce net controller

Okay, so I just recently set my computer back to its factory defaults and then upgraded everything on it.
However, just yesterday night, my wireless connection failed. After restarting in hopes that it would help, a notification popped up that said "Device driver installation complete" (but did not say what driver), I did not however install any such driver and I have forbbiden WAU from installing w/o permission. The driver in question is the NVIDIA network controller (I believe). I tried to disable it but my system restarts the moment I try to either disable or remove it. I am trying to find a solution to why I can do nothing to this driver without the computer crashing. Thanks again and sorry I am so computer illiterate.
