I'm trying to make my Icons smaller. I've tried the view in the task manager, and the task manager and start menu in the control panel with no success. Can you tell me how to make them smaller?

chuck, Right click your Desktop, choose Properties, under the Appearance tab click the Advanced button, under Item: select Icon and change the size to suite your tastes.
