whenever the computer starts up this message always comes on the screen
NAV AUTO-PROTECT: unable to initialize the virus scanning engine database file what can I do about this warning?

Did you just install the NAV?

Which product of NAV is it?

Have you recently done a system restore?

OS is Microsoft ME

Installed NAV in May 2004

NAV 2002 subscription

done restore several times trying to correct NAV.
