My computer is pretty fast (see specs), and is NOT loaded with crap in any way shape or form. I have to wait about a minute before logging on (one username), otherwise not all my programs load. the programs that occasionally dont load include nvidia tray, zonealarm, logitech thing, and sound icon. Is there any way to ensure that all my programs load ALL the time?

Hey bubba -- do you still have this problem?

I've run across what looks like it may be your answer:

More details
Francesco Ostuni further mentioned that the same can be done through Control Panel, Add or Remove Programs, on the left side: Add/Remove Windows components; select Networking Services, click on the Details... button, remove the checkmark for the UPnP User Interface, then click on OK. The result is the same. Now the icons are back every time at each reboot.

Or, perhaps better if present:

This is still one of the most successful
