I have a RD1021 Lyra MP3 Player. I installed the software that came with it. For some reason MUSICMATCH Jukebox 7.5 Basic or 9.0 Basic will not recognize my MP3, and MUSICMATCH will NOT help me with this problem. Is there anything you could do to help me?
