I get a pop-up screen telling me that my mouse & keyboard software center has a problem(what I do not know as nothing is indicated). I have uninstalled(removed) the software from my PC and downloaded a new version from Microsoft and reinstalled it. As soon as it is finished installing I get the same error screen (two exactly--I suspect one each for the mouse and one for the keyboard). I am at a loss.
