I have recently been getting an error message stating
"monitor is out of frequency"
Never heard of this one before and never happened before.
Does anyone know what this is and how to fix it?

Try start/settings/control panel/display/settings/advanced/monitor. Change the refresh rate from optimal to adapter default or vice versa

I will go ahead and mark this one solved, but if you could tell us exactly what you did, it will help others in the future who have the same problem

Well, I had a conflict between my video card and my monitor settings. I removed both and reloaded them.

This solved the problem.
Nothing major, but be careful downloading anything that adjusts resolution settings. It can cause a conflict.
