For Christmas I got a Disney Mix Max player. It plays mp3's and videos... in the guide it specifies that the videos must be WMV 9 ( simple profile, 220x176 res, 30fps, 384kbps max ) + WMA 9 ( sample rate of 8-48kHz )... the only problem is that I have no idea what that means, OR how to achieve it The device is useless unless I can get videos to work on it ( I already have an mp3 player )...

Okay, I have it but its REALLY complicated, how do I make sure it will create the right kind of video file ( with ll the specifications ). Did Disney ever come out with a program to fix videos so they'll play on this thing? It sure wasn't on the Cd I'm starting to hate this thing lol

press the video tab and specify the type of video and bitrate etc there
have a look at the faq and forums on the site and with a bit of reading you'll get it done
