That's one of the lenghtiest ipconfigs i've seen, maybe because something has messed up the way your networking works, looks like a lot of those IP6 to IP4 adapters got installed and are stuck there, together with isataps and tunneling adapters... a lot going on HOWEVER, I can't see neither of your Ethernet or Wireless adapters. I would uninstall and reinstall the drivers to both. Before you do that, make sure your IP addressing is not set static

lol ya ive noticed compared to othr ppls that its quite lengthy

Well, there are a ton of things that could be causing the problem that was only my first guess, since you have Internet over wireless but no over LAN. However, your networking config seems messy, I would start by wiping all connections clean and/or uninstalling the devices, restarting and reinstalling them in order to get a clean setup. At least for your Ethernet (cable) LAN card. Also, this is a somewhat decent article:

Probably. Also, make sure you're only connected to one network at a time from the same device, this may be the problem. I.e., if you're going to use cable net from the router, disable the wireless card and vice versa.
i only had both conn so i can c if cable is workin proprly again which it is now so its goin bak to xbox360 port
wat kinda files/programs were u fering to that i would need to reinstall to help decrease my ipconfig/all command
