hi all,
a recent trip to the registry, ( to achieve changing default icon for PDF Files, see SOLVED thread here ),
made me aware of some entries of old programs that i installed at some point to try out but are no longer installed. Wanted to know if its safe to simply delete these since obviously Revo missed'em ......

Download and save Norton Removal Tool, then close all open windows first, then double-click the saved tool to run it, then restart your computer when prompted to. It should remove the file and registry "debris" that's still in your computer.

When using Revo Uninstaller 1.90 to uninstall programs, don't restart your computer if prompted to. Select "Restart later" or whatever option is present. Doing this will allow the removal process of files and registry remnants to continue. Once it's done, then you can restart your computer.
