[Solved] Internet Explorer -> Open in new Window -> Blank.... please help:(

The problem i am getting is when im on IE 6.0 and i rightclick on a link and open in new window the new window just stays blank, even on some sites when you want to download somthing it will open it in a new window.. well i cant do it.. i'v tried reinstalling IE and even reinstalling Windows XP not having any of it :( please help me som1.

twice a week.. i even have adawre pro, i'v had this problem since i have had XP installed, when ever i rightclick and open a new window on a link it stays blank :(

well i havent messed with any settings or registry, cus it was like it when i finished installing XP.. could it be a courrpted file on the disc???
