Ok i have DCC two computers together, I have the internet conn. to both computers. I can not run Yahoo Messanger, or gamespy, across this Serial DCC connection.. there is only one thing that i do not have a clue about and that is TCP services UDP Services,

There is a place for the TCP info and the port info then UDP info and port info.. would this have anything to do with it? If so what do i put in this space?

explain why also..

Thanks Lots,

TCP/IP is not supported across a direct cable connection. I tried the same thing a couple years ago. DCC is also only one way, traffic goes from the client to the host, but not the other way.
A better way to do it, if you only need to network two PC's, is to get a couple inexpensive NIC's (Netgear 410's are only about $15 at the most) and a crossover cable. You'll get alot more bandwith, and it's easier to implement and use.
