Hi

I'm experiencing some problems when trying to install win xp with iastor drivers (I don't have a floppy drive)

Under the installation I get the following message:

Fatal error: Internal setup data structure are corrupted

I have searched the net and I came up with that the error is indication an error in winnt.sif?

My winnt.sif file looks like this:
--------------
[Data]
AutoPartition=0

[Unattended]
UnattendMode=FullUnattended
OemPnPDriversPath="Drivers\000_chipset"
OemPreinstall=Yes
FileSystem=*
-------------------

My directory structure looks like this:
-----------------------
cd root > I386 (winxp installation)
cd root > $OEM$\$1\Drivers\000_chipset (iastor drivers)
-----------------

Please help me :(

1 Is this install to a RAID setup
2.Is this an attempt at an unattended install.
3.Are you sure the CD is good.

I must admit to not having a great deal of knowledge regarding XP install to a raid array.
See these links
http://unattended.msfn.org/unattended.xp/ - slipstream for raid and unattended.
