Wondows 2000 ie 5 when i click on a link that opens a new window, a window will open and nothing will load sugestions?

Hi BTex

Try a repair of ie :-

start
Settings
Control panel
Add/remove program
Find "Internet explorer and internet tools" from the list.
Choose to remove the program
A question will pop up, will ask you if you like to repair or uninstall the program.
Choose "repair"
Click ok..
