I have this set of numbers that changes with each workout
5 2 4
9 6 3
1 0 7
I need to substitute each number using this key
0=5 5=0
1=9 6=4
2=8 7=3
3=7 8=2
4=6 9=1
I have included an example worksheet below

The VLOOKUP function should work for you. Just create a table of two columns with before and after values and search for an exact match.

EDIT: This method creates a second table of the substituted numbers. It does not replace the original entries. After re-reading your post I am not sure if this is what you want to happen.
