I think I'm getting closer to my problem. Someone told me to check my Internet Properties & see who is my HTML Editor. This field is blank. Does anyone know where I can download one & which one is best to use?

FYI - My problem began when I noticed HTML codes instead of a web page within the Print Preview AND any IM windows. It is possible since I don't have a HTML Editor this is what's causing the problems?

Internet options
programs

you should be able to choose
notepad
word
just depends on whats installed on PC

Problem has been resolved. I googled the problem & after 2 days I found a website that showed how to add a html editor in. How it got deleted, I have no idea. But at least I have one on there now & everything is working fine. Finally able to print out about 58 receipts. Have a nice holiday.

Absolutely. Here is the link http://windowsxp.mvps.org/htmleditor.htm I just used their link but I had to change the file name to the exact place my notepad was at. I wasn't able to put in Word which I'll have to research at some point as to why I cannot add it.
