I think I'm getting closer to my problem. Someone told me to check my Internet Properties & see who is my HTML Editor. This field is blank. Does anyone know where I can download one & which one is best to use?

FYI - My problem began when I noticed HTML codes instead of a web page within the Print Preview AND any IM windows. It is possible since I don't have a HTML Editor this is what's causing the problems?

can you click on the drop down arrow
Internet options
programs

you should be able to choose
notepad
word
just depends on whats installed on PC

Problem has been resolved. I googled the problem & after 2 days I found a website that showed how to add a html editor in. How it got deleted, I have no idea. But at least I have one on there now & everything is working fine. Finally able to print out about 58 receipts. Have a nice holiday.

I googled and tried to find some info - all I could find was registry changes - can you post the link you used

this will help me help others in the future - or anyone who happens to be reading through the post with the same problem
