First thing you should do is redownload HijackThis into its own directory. If you continue running from the temp directory you will not be able to use the backup/restore feature/

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {000020DD-C72E-4113-AF77-DD56626C6C42} - (no file)

Not sure what this is, but I am tempted not to delete it until we know
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [apiperft] C:\WINDOWS\System32\apiperft.exe

Below is the subsearch parasite
O16 - DPF: {D97287B6-4018-4060-948D-54D2122FC5C3} -

Can you please send a copy of the apiperft.exe to [email protected]

I would strongly advise you download and install SpywareBlaster, SpywareGuard, and IE-Spyad.

Tutorials for both programs can be found below. They will help to prevent a lot of future reinfections.

Using SpywareBlaster to Protect your Computer

Using SpywareGuard to protect your computer from Spyware/Hijackers

Using IE-Spyad to enhance your privacy and security

Glad i was able to help.
