I am encountering a new error on IE when I visit certain websites. IE freezes and crashes. The error I get is:

I use Flashget 1.73 as a download manager, not sure if it is related.

Any idea?

thnx

Almost surely related . . you could try uninstalling getflash and then reinstalling it to see if the error goes away . . (what is getflash by the way?)

I uninstalled getflash. The problem was resolved. I reinstalled it, and it keeps giving me the bug. I just got rid of Flashget and am looking for a better download manager. Any suggestions?

thnx

yeah,

But windoes limit the downloads from a single site to 2 downloads at a same time. Also, I noticed when I used Flashget, files download so much faster. And if any interruptions, it can resume where it was stopped.

I can't think of a single time when I wanted to download from more than one site at a time . . sounds like a recipt for file corruption to me.

Maybe someone will come along with another idea . .
