Whenever I open Diskeeper Lite or Microsoft's version of Diskeeper, I get the same error
message: "Failed to create empty document."
Has anyone run into this and come up with a solution?

I contacted Diskeeper by email with no reply, probably because I am using freeware version. So, I have removed Diskeeper Lite from my computer and will use the
Microsoft defrag.
I consider this thread closed.
