Please click the link below for your operating system to download the TSG SysInfo Utility. Click on "Save File" then double-click the file to run it. Copy and paste the report in your initial post. <process has already exited> has generated errors and will be closed by windows. you will need to restart the program.

is there a way to stop this?

it happens when opening hjt then scanning and shutsdown.
