Hey.
I need help.
I am trying to install .NET Framework 2.0 Redistributable Package for XP SP3 and I'm getting an error message that says Error creating process <C:\DOCUME~1\User\LOCALS~1\Temp\IXP000.TMP\Install.exe>. Reason : C:\WINDOWS\system32\advpack.dll
I need the .NET Framework installed for SpinnerChief.
Please help me out.

I'm guessing that you're referring to

Microsoft .NET Framework (versions 3.5 SP1 or 4.0)

and not to

Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable (versions 2005 or 2008 or 2010)

Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 will install versions 2.0 SP2 and 3.0 SP2 as part of the package.

Download and save the full 231 MB file, then close all open windows first, then double-click it to install it.
