Hi guys, I just reformatted my hdd on a ibm thinkpad t20, then i decided i needed more room. I got a 40 gig for it, but i dont want to load all the stuff again. My question is: Is there an adapter i can get to hook up the laptop drives to my pc so i can just copy the old drive to the new drive? Or is there an easier way about doing this?
any ideas would be great, thanks in advance

If your laptop has a USB 2.0 connector, just get an external hard drive enclosure and copy it direct. Can then use the smaller drive external as an additional drive, say for back ups or whatever. Just get the correct enclosure for the drives in question, pretty reasonable money and you can use it in the future for other uses. Something like this.
