Download both Spybot and Ad-Aware. Run ad-aware first. Make sure to update both software packages.

Once you've run those two programs, you need to run CWShredder as well.
Download CWShredder

Close all browser windows, open cwshredder.exe then click "Fix" and let it run.

Then restart your computer and post another log.

IMPORTANT! To help prevent this from happening again, you should install all the security patches and critical updates.

Open My Computer. Go to Tools, Folder Options and click on the View tab. Make sure that "Show hidden files and folders" is checked. Also uncheck "Hide protected operating system files". Now click "Apply to all folders"
Click "Apply" then "OK"

Now find these and delete:

C:\WINDOWS\System32\wintsvsu.exe --> file

C:\WINDOWS\System32\services --> folder

Reboot and post another log.

this fixed the error and below is my latest log however, the monitor of the laptop is completely black and when i connect it to my extra monitor, everything is normal except that i can't see anything on the laptop's monitor. i'm now using my spare monitor (connected to laptop) please help.

My laptop (Dell) has a fn key, function, and if I press that and F8 it switches from laptop monitor to external monitor. What type of laptop do you have?

You can terminate the urpo.exe process using the Task Manager, use HijackThis to delete the entry, then go the application data folder and delete the file. You might want to right click on it and select Properties > Version to see if it has any copyright; I doubt it.
