[SOLVED] comp. shutdown problem

Yeah sometimes mine does that... it sort of comes and goes seemingly on it's own.

Did it just suddenly start happening or was it after you installed a particular piece of software? What exactly is happening?

If you use Norton antivirus, try disabling it before you shut down.

Also on msconfig check "Disable fast shut down" (Click Advanced on the General tab)
