I am using Outlook express 5.0 with IE 5.0 and I get the following error when trying to send an email --The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'wingwheel9', Server: 'smtp.juno.com', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E I am able to receive however

Can you confirm that you are connecting to Juno, and not via another internet provider (which would cause that error, to prevent "relaying")

Can you confirm your account name is wingwheel9 (as an account incorrect name will also cause this eror)
