I am using Outlook express 5.0 with IE 5.0 and I get the following error when trying to send an email --The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'wingwheel9', Server: 'smtp.juno.com', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E I am able to receive however

I see this all the time. What OS is this? You're going to need to do a repair of IE believe it or not. Errrr, at least it's worked really well for me.
