Notice your error code on port: 25.
Are you trying to send Juno e-mail from another ISP or Internet connection?
If you are logged on to another ISP, you will be able to receive your Juno mail, but not send it. In order to send your Juno mail, you will need to log on to Juno by dialing an access number through our software. Port 25 (the port used for sending e-mail) is blocked to prevent spamming. What this means is that while you are connected to another ISP, you will be unable to send e-mail through our mail servers. This type of spam-prevention is common among many ISPs.
If you wish to send e-mail using another ISP or Internet connection, you will need to set up your e-mail program to use your ISP's outgoing mail server (SMTP). Contact your ISP's support department for more information.
Remember, you can always use Juno E-mail on the Web, which will work from any location around the world. You can access E-mail on the Web at
